How to copy + edit chinese text font type from Word Doc. to pdf open in Adobe DC?

Hi, I'm facing issue on copying text (Chinese Traditional) from MS Word doc to my pdf brochure opening in Adobe DC for editing.

I notice there is no Font Type(Arial Unicode MS) in Adobe DC language bar, and i consider using Arial as alternative choice.

However, the font of text in pdf Adobe DC is not changing and showing old font type.

Hope some expert could advise how to change font of my chinese text in Adobe DC.
