That depends. Use can use the Comment>Drawing markup>Draw rectangle tool.

I apologize, but I am a very new user and have had very little training. We have a tool that generates pdf documents that I need to do some modifications to before distributing. My goal is to draw a box about parts of the document to separate them. When I followed your directions I could only find the ability to do a text box, but couldn’t find a way to put it behind the parts that I was attempting to show. Ideas?
