How to customize tool and save settings

Hi guys

Everytime I have to digital sign (from certificate) the document I have to mouse click 3 times. When I have a lot of documents its a very time consuming. However, I wonder if is possible to customize this tool (digital sign) and save the settings. Therefore I will appear every document I open and I won't need to click 3 times, only once. I have seen a lot of videos that show the person using customize tools, but I don't have this option in the adobe acrobat DC reader.
