how to decrease spaces between header and title

A newly opened document shows header but too much space before title of document.  How to delete too many spaces?

That's very little information. Is that a PDF file and you open it with Acrobat Reader? In that case, you can't change anything. Reader is just for viewing PDFs as they are. Change can only be applied by Acrobat or the application the PDF in question initially has been created with.
