How do I delete a file from acrobat reader that I signed in June of this year?@

yes and then it was sent and I requested that they delete the file from their computer. I tried uninstalling the reader and then I reinstalled the reader but that did not help.

Files are not saved in the application. Do you mean how to delete it from the Recent Files list? Or from the Adobe Cloud? Please be more specific.

the file is not in the resent files but in the signature file
