How to DESABLE some NEW FEATURES?

I had always been such a great fan of Adobe Reader program, my favourite application to study (wich I do a lot), because of its unique discreet and stylish design that doesn't disturb the experience with too much colourful distractions on screen and can sustain several hours of use.

But the latest update was terrible for me, and I find my self starting to consider migrate to another program: wich is a delicate thing for me, since for a long time I use the Adobe Document Cloud. Sincerely, I don't want to download the previous version and block future updates, because it would mean that the version I use is stuck in time. I want simply to disable the following items:

1) The new roll on the right side of the screen, with the icon's tools always visible and colourful, wich distracts the reading and consumes screen for no reason other than to show tools that are not in use all the time.

2) The big blue buttom to share, always visible and disturbing, that does not represent a clean design for users like me that need to spend repeated hours studying.

3) Now, for every fragment of text that is highlighted, a pop-up opens, and as much as it can be helpful sometimes, it is not most of the time.

I would appreciate some help,

Thanks a lot!

Hi,

Thanks for reporting this to us and we are looking into incorporating this in our future updates.

Meanwhile as a workaround, you can switch to Reading Mode while you are studying in Adobe Reader.

You can do so by going to View->Read mode.

Let us know if this helps.

Thanks,

Pallavi.
