How to Disable/Prevent Insertion of Images into a PDF

Hello -

Can anyone tell me how to prevent the insert of images into a pdf?

We submit legal documents (pdf's) to recepients, who must review and return.  Occasionally a recipient will alter the document before it's return.  We think we have done everything we can to make the document un-editable but we often see images inserted in the document before its return.

    You cannot stop a document from being edited. Even if you could, the recipient could easily create a fake, as easily as print-and-scan. You are looking in the wrong area. Look at signatures NOT security. Signatures (the right kind of signature, carefully administered) don't prevent editing, but they guarantee you can discover it.
