How to disable protected mode infobar?

I disabled the possibility for the end user to switch off the protected mode by setting "bProtectedMode"  to 1. But that still doesn't hinder the user to enable it via the infobar. Everytime you open a document an info bar with the message "Protected View: This file originated from a potentially unsafe location, and most of features have been disabled to avoid potential security risks" pops up. There you can just switch off the protected view for this document.

How to hide this infobar? I can't have users enable the protected mode by themselves for obvious security reasons.
