How to disable the adobe reader auto update ? #Opera Previewing issue

Dear All,

Recently we've an issue with the opera report preview and the fix that we got from oracle is to degrade the adove reader to 19.0 . We've done this fix and disabled the auto update from

1. Registery

2. Windows Services 

3. Task Scheduler

But unfortunately its get updated to the latest version somehow. If any one can give a solution on this will be really helpfull.
