    Hello Ronc,

As per the description above, I can understand that you want to edit a PDF file and a PNG file, Is that correct?

With Acrobat Pro DC, you can edit a PDF file and can convert a PNG file to Adobe PDF file to edit it. For detailed information, you may refer to the following Adobe articles Edit text and images in PDFs |

PDF editor, edit text in PDF files | Adobe Acrobat DC

You may also convert the PNG file to PDF file and make changes. For more detailed, refer to Convert or export PDFs to other file formats, Adobe Acrobat

The record shows that you are not subscribed to any license/subscription of Acrobat. To edit a PDF file or to convert a PNG file to PDF file, you have to subscribe to Acrobat Pro, for plan and pricing, please refer to Plans and pricing | Adobe Acrobat DC

Feel free to update this discussion for any further assistance.
