How to edit email addresses in a "Mail To" button in a .pdf

I have been looking and looking how to edit existing email addresses that were attached to a "Email" button within one of our .pdf forms.  Finally found someone that had the answer.  Made a word doc giving the steps.  Worked perfect!  KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!  (see word doc below)

I truly appogize... the information I received was from a different professional here at the VA / I do appreciate your advice and your time to help me out.  // As for the errors... that's how it was provided to me... with your advice... I'll update the doc and hopefully help someone else out in the future.  No disrespect intended in any way.    Thank you again 🙂

Anyway, there's an error in your instructions. The email addresses should be separated by a comma, not a semi-colon, and there shouldn't be a space between them.
