how to email to myself a filled pdf form

Hello everybody,

I created a pdf form with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and call it on the web page. After the visitor fill that form, he can click on the SUBMIT button so the filled form to be sent to my Inbox.

All works OK except that when clicking on SUBMIT button  nothing happens.

I must mention that from Adobe Acrobat Reader or Acrobat Pro DC it works like a charm.
