How to fix this bug

i have used this program for many years and had no issues. However the last 6 months every time i click on screen in adobe DC reader the screen converts to this. ive reinstalled the program 3 times and have no clue where to go to from here.

If you haven't already, I'd suggest using the cleaner tool to uninstall the application completely.

Can you confirm if this happens with any PDF or just some?
