How to "flatten" pdf file?

I have map in pdf format about 30 MB size. It contain countless objects and after every zoom or move around map each of this objects is being reload which last about 30 seconds. Is it possible to merge all objects so pdf would be read as homogeneous which would greatly improve performance (I hope so...)?

Not possible with Acrobat Reader.

If it's all vector it's not really possible except by replacing it with an image, which would damage quality, destroy zooming and generally be unsatisfactory. Nor is it easy.
