How to get the translation of a word in the comments of all the same words

Hello dear helpers, I hope the following is possible.

I would like to read more difficult English so I wonder if it's possible to write the translation of a word in the comment box of that selected word and somehow get this translation in all comment boxes of this specific word, for example, the word "experiment" I translate in my own language and everywhere in the document this word "experiment" gets automatically the comment box with the translation attached.

Yes, this is possible, but it requires a custom-made tool. Also, you would need to specify the translation for each word, it can't do it by itself.
