How to highlight pdf in cloud?

I asume u can do that, or do u need to buy product to get that feature?

when i upload my documents and try fill and sign it shows:

but its a book that thats in pdf and i can search and fill text in instaled Adobe, i just want to be able to do the same on cloud and be able to save at end.

the whole point was that i want to be able work with pdf document online like google disk and not have bring my files back and forth when im working with them on diffrent computer.

It is not possible in the browser.
