How to install "Adobe Acrobat extension - Google Chrome" in offline environment

We are considering offline installation of Adobe Reader on Windows 10.
Offline installation of "Google Chrome" and "Adobe Reader" was successful.

The Adobe Reader module was obtained from the following.
ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/AcrobatDC/

But we can't find the module for the extension.
How do we install the Adobe Reader extension for Chrome offline?
Is an extension installation module for Chrome available?

Did you get a redistribution license for Acrobat Reader? You certainly need one. https://acrobat.adobe.com/uk/en/acrobat/pdf-reader/volume-distribution.html  I don't know if there is any way to get the rights to install the extension.
