How to make feature suggestions?

I've been using Reader on multiple documents that have links to jump between places within the document.  This behaves much like an HTML hyperlink (one that jumps to content in the same document, anyway). Unfortunately, unlike web browsers, Reader does not have a BACK button.  So every time I want to jump back to where I was, I have to issue a search.  Inconvenient at best.

Where could I post a suggestion to add BACK button?
