How to make the difference between an incremental update and a "full' update

Hello,My question is in the title, i want to know how can i make the difference between an incremental update and a "full" update ( i mean for example a 11.0.11 version update directly to 11.0.18) ?Thank you !Regards,------------------------------------------------------------------- Hakim [Private info removed. The file-size is usually a giveaway. Incremental updates are usually around 20MB, while full installations exceed 100MB, in most cases.
