How to open editing app

Question

I keep trying to open document I prepared in editable app I purchased and when I go to edit I just keep getting offers for free trials. How do I access the one I purchased? Same thing happens when I try to open it through my Adobe Creative Cloud App, although it shows I have the app and it's up to date.

Hi @chelaleo  Hope you are doing well.Your current account shows an Acrobat PDF Pack subscription registered under your existing Adobe account, which doesn't have the Editing feature available in it.That means if you want to Edit a pdf file, you should have a subscription to Acrobat Pro, which can Edit the file using the desktop app Acrobat Pro and Document Cloud. https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/how-to/edit-text-images-pdf-files.html  Thanks,Akanchha
