How to print 4 copies per sheet from a one-page PDF?

When printing a multi-page PDF, I can print multiple pages per sheet. However, with a single-page PDF, I can't print four copies per sheet. I need to print four copies of the same page on one sheet. How can I do this?

In Adobe Acrobat create 3 copies of the page. It is not possible with Acrobat Reader.
