How to print multiple pages with a custom scale to a singular sheet of paper?

Hi there, I am trying to print multiple pages in a PDF to a single sheet of paper while also scaling the pages down by 43%. Acrobat will only allow me to do one but not the other. I know how to custom scale documents and I know how to print multiple pages to a singular sheet, but I can't figure out how to implement both. I am on a Macbook and I am printing to a Ricoh printer.

Any help is appreciated. I am pretty well versed in InDesign as well if it comes down to that but it will be very tedious and I'm trying to avoid that.
