How to Print Page 1, not Cover Page

I have a document with a cover page and page numbering (Page #1) starts on the 2nd page of the document. If I print pages #1-X, it prints the title page. If I print pages #2-X, it skips the cover page AND Page #1 and starts printing on the numbered Page #2. How do I get Adobe Acrobat DC to print the document, starting on Page #1 and skipping the cover page?

    Is the cover page labeled?

When I put a label on a cover page(s), that label appears in the print dialog as a selection for the page printing.
