How to block a pdf file so that text cannot be copied.

There is a pdf file on the issued application.

As if it were being discharged in lines.

How can I get something like that?

You can sue password protection or certificate protection feature in Adobe Acrobat. You can do so via applying security to the PDF using security settings available at document properties dialog. Document properties dialog can be accessed via Ctrl+D on the PDF. Let me know for any more queries.
