How to smooth scroll pages in Adobe Reader DC using arrows
I used to select a part of the text and the arrow keys to scroll down the pages, but I can't do that anymore. How do I activate this?

Well, if you are reading this, everything you have to do is selecting hand tool (H) and use keyboard arrows.
