How to uninstall adobe acrobat reader and all adobe apps on my mac

Question

I want to uninstall all adobe apps and products from my mac but whenever i try to do so, it tells me there is software using the apps so it won't uninstall. However, I don't know what is using adobe products, and I don't know how to stop them from doing so. Can anyone help? I've had a horrible experience with adobe and no one at the company seems to be reachable to help.

For apps of the Creative Suite such as InDesigh or Illustrator use the Creative Cloud App: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
