I have had someone sign a pdf using the Fill & Sign option, however I have someone asking me to include the papertrail updates showing when it was signed, etc.  How do I do that?

Hello Lancenw,

As per the description above, I can understand that you want to check the modification details of a PDF that is paper trail updates, Is that correct?

If a user has signed a PDF using Fill&Sign feature, there is no such option to check the details when it was signed. If a PDF is signed using Digital ID/Certificate, you can validate the signature, for the detailed information, you can refer to Adobe article Validating digital signatures, Adobe Acrobat

Last modification details of a PDF can be checked from the document properties under the description tab, navigate to File>Properties.

Checking the signature trail (audit) is a feature of Adobe Sign, for detailed information, you can refer to Adobe article Adobe Sign Help | Adobe Sign Help

Feel free to update this discussion for any further assistance.

Thanks,

Anand Sri.
