hyperlink does not working when the pdf file location in file server

hi

i created a doc( microsoft word 2010) file with hyperlink to a note file , they both saved in the same folder on file server.

my os win 7 32 bit

the link is working from the doc file but is not working after i converting the file to pdf and opening it with adobe reader ver 11.0.19  .

the link is working with another softwere for pdf.

the link is working with adobe reader only when the pdf file and the note file are on my desktop.
