I am sending PDF files many times every day. Some of the receivers can't open the files

I am sending a lot of PDF files every day.

I get at least 10 feed-back that my PDF's want open in reader or any other PDF programs. Can this have something to do with how i store them or send them?

Anyway, I need help to find out why.
