Question

I can not login my Adobe Acrobat Reader DC product and I do not know why.

Today I want to convert my *.pdf  file  to  a *.doc  file. When I login my account , it shows a new page like this:

And I don't know why .what should I do with this?

    Reader is FREE, so there is no login required that I know of

    What do you have?

    Go to https://accounts.adobe.com/ and click Plans & Products on the top bar

    -then click VIEW YOUR PRODUCTS on the right to find a list of your programs and serial numbers

    If you actually have a paid program that is not working, do what the message says
