I can not place a signature in my PDF file anymore_ PLEASE HELP !

I am getting a message that says To begin signing chose the Drag New signature rectangle button and then drag out the area where you would like your signature to appear . once you finish f dragging out the desired area you will be taken to the next step of the signing process.

This is new , until yesterday, I was able to sign using the saved image of my signature.

Have you recently updated the application? and is it a new PDF document on which you are add signature?

I assume, that the message you are getting is related to select the place where you want to add the signature and in next step you will be able to add the signature from your saved image.

I have not updated the application. I have a mac computer and until yesterday i could insert the image of my saved signature, now i can not use the option of saving an image as a signature.

Kindly check the step-4 &5 in the help document that I have shared above Signing PDFs in Adobe Acrobat DC

in step-5 there are 3 tabs Type, Draw & Image, by any chance if your saved signature image has been removed or not showing there then you can add once again.

If that still doesn't work, then please help us with the screenshot of the step where you are getting stuck.
