I can not see "Document Cloud" in storage !!

Dear Sirs :

I installed the latest traditional Chinese version of " Adobe Acrobat Reader DC "  (free edition).

But I can not see "Document Cloud" function in Home tab.

Once I set language to English，then the  "Document Cloud" appears.

What can I do to make "Document Cloud" usable in traditional Chinese interface?
