I can't fill out PDF documents

Hello everyone. I have had an Adobe DC subscription for years. Since yesterday, every time I want to fill out a form for a PDF document, the field to fill out is blocked and does not allow me to write in it. For work, I need to draw up contracts, fill out official forms, etc., so I need to know what is happening and how I can fix it. Sample attached. Thank you so much!
