I can't insert a text box

When I try to insert a text field, the following error message appears: 

"An error has occurred that may be resolved by installing the latest version of the Traditional Chinese Language Support Pack." (translated from German)

This problem exists since a few months. 

I use Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 2022.003.20258 with my MacBook Pro from 2015 (macOS Monterey Version 12.6).

I know that there has been the same question a few years ago that has been solved (https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-reader-discussions/acrobat-reader-dc-on-mac-an-error-has-occurred-that-may-be-fixed-by-installing-the-latest-version-of/td-p/9976932) but the answer doesn't work for me because I can't open the link.
