I can't install the fontpack for the 21.001.20145 Adobe Acrobat reader DC.

Question

When I try to run the FontPack2100120135_XtdAlf, I get this error:

I tried the adobe acrocleaner tool to removed any previous version and reinstalled Adobe Acrobat Reader but still keep getting the same error.

Please help

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to remove the installed font pack and getting the error 1714.

Please check out the steps shared in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/error-1714-acrobat-reader.html and see if that works for you.
