I Can't log in - update required? - Não consigo logar - atualização necessária

I changed computer and when I downloaded Acrobat Reader again, I couldn't log in anymore. A message appears saying I should update Internet Explorer and the adobe reader, I did it and still doesn't work. I have tried to install and update a million times.

 

Eu troquei de pc e quando baixei o acrobat reader não consegui mais fazer o log in. Aparece a mensagem abaixo solicitando atualização, mas o navegador e o acrobat reader ja estao atualizados, ja tentei instalar e desistalar varias vezes e não resolve.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are getting the error Update required the OS or browser is not supported.

 

Please checkout the steps shared in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/update-operating-system-and-browser.html and see if that works for you.

We are sorry to hear that.  Please confirm if the issue exists even after updating the application to the latest version. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer. You may also manually download the patch from the link https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html
