I can't save my files to my computer

Bonjour la communauté !

La disquette qui devrait me permettre d'enregistrer mes fichiers sur mon ordinateur ne m'est pas proposée. Elle existe mais ne fonctionne pas.

Could you please share more information about how you are trying to save the PDFs? 

As you mentioned, the floppy disk option is not offered to you. Do you mean the option is not available on the Save window? If yes, share the screenshot of the options visible to you.

Share the application and OS version in use.
