i can't sign in the adobe reader,access was denied.

When exactly do you get "Access denied" message on Adobe Reader? please share the workflow.

are you logged in as admin or a guest user in the computer?

I want to sign in though the access in the Adobe Reader, right-top corner. But it says Access Denied. While I can sign in through the browser, which is just well.

Are you the logged in as Administrator of the computer?

Right click on the Reader icon and "run as administrator" and try signing in.
