Acrobat Reader is for free. There is no login needed for using Acrobat Reader.

If you need further functions and you have a CC subscription try to install Acrobat Professional and try to login again with your Adobe ID.

That means I must have the subscription first then can login with my account? but why the Acrobat Reader has a login button, and it notices me to login when I use it?

    Open the Acrobat Reader.

Close the Login window if appears. Close your Acrobat Reader.

    Reopen the Acrobat Reader.

The note window should have disappeared.
