I canceled my trial on the same day that I signed up.  I received an email confirmation of the cancelation but was still charged.  Why?

    Hi there

    Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing

    I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and unable to track any active/paid plan.
    If you feel this is an unauthorized charge, please go through the steps shared here https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html and see if that helps.

    Cancellation confirmed
    We've processed your cancellation request, and your subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro will end on 11-May-2026 (PT).

    What happens next?
    You'll continue to have access to your free Creative Cloud membership, which includes free versions of popular Adobe apps and services, access to learning resources, and 5GB of cloud storage. If your stored files are over the 5GB limit, you many need to remove or back up some items to stay within your available storage.

    Wishing you all the best on your next creative steps.

    @jodieloy

    Adobe Acrobat Reader, where you posted, is free. What did you subscribe to, and where did you subscribe from?

    @jodieloy

    Again, you posted to the Acrobat Reader forum and Reader is free. Thank you for the screenshot that says you are not using Reader.

    Here’s the link to the Acrobat Pro forum:

    You didn’t say when you cancelled. I’ve read in these forums that it can take 10-14 days for the refund to appear.
