I cannot abele to open pdf on my Ipad

Hello,

I have tried to open a government pdf for visa applications and couldn't abele to open it. It said open on mac the acrobat reader requires acrobat for mac or pc. I have posted on a form and one guy adviced me to use pdf expert and the results where the pdf i am using is dynamic xml and need to convert it ti static . Can you help me please. Thank you

    You need to use Adobe software on Mac OR Windows. This is good advice. Some types of PDF cannot be used on tablets and phones.
