I cannot install Acrobat Reader DC.

For better understanding, would you please more elaborate this "When I tried to install, but does not start install"? I guess you got the setup downloaded but that's not running to install the app?

There are few possibilities why your setup isn't running-

1- There's some security software or firewall blocking the connection. If yes, then turn it off for a while and check back.

Note: Changing the above security settings could pose security risks. We suggest you to turn it back On once you are done with testing.

2- Or, it could be some previous version of Acrobat/Reader is clashing with the newer one. So run the cleaner tool first: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

3- If you haven't got the right setup. Please refer to this link and download it again: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
