I do not want contents of pdf document to appear

when I send a pdf doc in whatsapp the contents of the document is already visible (see photo) that I do not want or at least I find it inappropriate. How can this be repaired ?

We can't control how other PDF viewers display PDF files. If you don't want it to happen then add a blank page as the first page of your file, or ask Whatsapp to change this function.

Thank you! I appreciate your reaction.

But it has nothing to do with Whatsapp as it also happens when I save a word document as PDF to my desktop (see photo). To be honest I find it very strange and irritating and your idea of the blank page I find not the solution to this problem. I need Adobe Reader only for saving word or excel documents to PDF; I do not need all the other fancy features at all but I do not want the PDF file in whatsapp to show a preview of the document itself....
