I got Robbed and I am not getting my refund

Hello there, few days back I subscribed to Adobe Acrobat Premium free trial and later I was charged without my consent. I have contacted Google and Adobe both regarding my refund but both of them are telling that the money is not with them. I contacted Google, they said "you need to contact the developer" and later Adobe said "You need to contact Adobe". Does anyone know that what should I do to get my money back?
