I have a problem with the visualization of files in standard Outlook 2016, the preview handler shows me strange letters and different characters, if I open it with READER PDF the same thing happens, if I open it with google chrome it works correctly

Tengo un problema con la visualización de archivos en Outlook estándar 2016, el manejador de vista previa me muestra letras extrañas y caracteres diferentes, si lo abro con READER PDF me pasa lo mismo, si lo abro con google chrome funciona correctamente

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader.

 

Are you experiencing this issue with a particular file or all of them? I would like to have some information from you:

1. A sample file if you are experiencing issues with all the files;

2. The operating system and the version you are working on;

3. The application version of Acrobat Reader you are using.
