I am trying to download a file for tax purposes.  I keep getting a error msg. that I need Adobe Acrobat Reader 8 or higher.

Is Acrobat Reader DC higher?  I am not that familiar with Adobe and still cannot access the file I need.

What and I doing wrong?

Thank you,

Kim

You are probably using an unsupported browser (some use their own viewers instead of Reader). Try right-clicking the link to the form, choose to save it to your computer, open Reader and use File>Open to open the saved pdf.

How are you trying to download this tax PDF from  the internet. You first have to download the file to your hard drive then open it with Acrobat Reader.
