I have set up a fillable form that should go back to me email, but when testing, and hitting the submit button, the email shows up with the form attached, I hit send, but it never arrives to my email box

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble getting this working. 

When you hit Submit, Acrobat's job is just to open your computer's default email program with the form already attached and ready to go. Since that part is happening, Acrobat has already done what it's supposed to do. Hitting Send after that point is handled entirely by your email app account, not by Acrobat, so that's where to focus the troubleshooting.

A few questions to narrow it down:

• When you click Submit, what actually opens: a desktop mail app like Outlook or Windows Mail, or a browser tab for webmail?

• Have you checked your Spam or Junk folder? Self-addressed emails with attachments sometimes get filtered there, even when everything else about the send worked.

• If you compose a brand-new, plain test email (no attachment, no PDF form involved) from that same app or account right now, does it send and arrive normally?

If the test email in that last question also fails to arrive, that confirms the problem is with your email app's connection to your email account rather than anything about the form. In that case, the fix is on the email side.

If test emails work fine, but this one specifically doesn't, it's worth checking that the attached form isn't large enough to be silently rejected; some providers cap attachment size lower than you'd expect.
