I have tried downloading acrobat reader 5 times, and I keep getting an error message.

I removed my expired creative cloud apps, and used the cleaning tool, and I still can't install. I've been at this for 2 hours. Help!

Hi,

see if this helps: https://www.nickromero.com/completely-remove-adobe-from-your-mac-in-2-steps/

And download instead from this link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

I suggest that, before you follow through with the links above, that  you use first the Acrobat and Reader Cleanup and Repair Tool from here: https://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html
