Question

I'm having a problem viewing or downloading a document using Acrobat Reader.

When I log into my Bank stock accounts to view or download documents it tells me to download the latest version of Acrobat Reader. I have the current version installed and still the viewing or downloading isn't working. Any advice appreciated.

Regards

Bill

Don't open the file in a browser. Download the file and open it in Acrobat Reader.

Bernd,

Thanks for the quick response, ironically it won't even allow me to call up the document to download. I get the error message right away that I need the latest version of Reader which I have.

Not sure if it's an a glitz is the Adobe system or my bank's system or my computer. Obviously something is out of sync.

No, you HAVE called up the document ok. There is no glitch, this is how it works. What you see as an error message is the actual, real, document. It is designed to show that message instead of the real info, until you actually do download it and open with Reader. So just download what you see in the usual way.
