I'm using VPN. Adobe PDF Reader doesn't sync to cloud.

I'm using VPN ( ExpressVPN )

 

While turning on, Adobe can't get pdf files on cloud.

I was reading some books with some highlights.

 

But lost everything I did...

So I deleted it to reinstall.

But select tag on download page freezes.

I don't know what to do...
